- MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC serve different purposes
- Migration includes inbound routing, historical mail and client configuration
Operating boundaries
- Mailbox hosting is not a transactional or bulk sending platform
- Mailbox quotas and protocols vary by the selected mail product
- Retention, archiving and recovery must be agreed before migration
Deployment & support
Segal provides the branded service experience and coordinates configuration, support and commercial scope. The infrastructure service is supplied through OVHcloud; provider eligibility and applicable service terms must be confirmed before activation.
