Service architecture
- Server allocation is separate from public-cloud VM provisioning
- Operating-system installation and network access are explicit
- Hardware replacement and application recovery have different owners
Operating boundaries
- Ordering is engineering-assisted; the site does not buy servers automatically
- Hosted server rental does not imply sale or delivery of a physical rack
- Availability, GPU configuration and deployment dates require a provider-backed quote
Deployment & support
Segal provides the branded service experience and coordinates configuration, support and commercial scope. The infrastructure service is supplied through OVHcloud; provider eligibility and applicable service terms must be confirmed before activation.
