These terms govern access to Segal Compute services.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your organization and for keeping credentials secure.
Acceptable use
Use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited workloads result in suspension.
Billing
Metered usage is billed per GPU-second; reserved commitments and deposits are non-refundable except as required by law.
Liability
Service is provided subject to the SLA. Liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding three months.
