Monthly uptime target of 99.9% for the control plane and running on-demand instances.
Credits
Below 99.9%: 10% credit. Below 99.0%: 25% credit. Below 95.0%: 50% credit, applied to the affected month.
Exclusions
Spot interruptions, scheduled maintenance, and customer-caused issues are excluded.
